Introduction

This contractual document will govern the purchase of products and services through the website https://www.handeera.com, owned by Handeera Digital Craft SL (hereinafter, "Handeera" or "the provider").

Acceptance of this document implies that the user:

  • He has read, understands and comprehends what is stated here.
  • He is a person with sufficient capacity to hire.
  • Assume all obligations set forth herein.

These terms and conditions will remain valid indefinitely and will apply to all purchases and contracts made through the website. Handeera reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms and conditions, without affecting goods, services, or promotions purchased prior to the modification, except in cases of error.

Furthermore, the user, registered on the website using a username and password, is fully responsible for their use and safekeeping, and is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider.

Subject of the contract

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the commercial relationship between the provider and the user at the moment when the latter accepts, during the online purchase process, the box corresponding to the terms and conditions.

The contractual relationship entails the delivery, in exchange for a price determined and publicly displayed through the website, of one or more of the following:

Stock availability is subject to final confirmation by the provider, which will initially be displayed next to each product. For handcrafted products that require production time, the estimated preparation time will be clearly indicated before purchase.

The contracting of services and products offered on the website will be valid exclusively for those users who have fully accepted the general terms and conditions of sale.

Prices

All payments made to the service provider will result in the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered user or the company name they provided when placing the order. This invoice will be sent with the purchased product or via email in PDF format to the address provided by the user.

Purchase procedure

Anyone with internet access can purchase the products and services offered on the website. The steps of the purchase process are visible throughout.

They can do so as a guest without registering, or by registering their information, which will simplify the process for subsequent purchases. In the event of cancellation, all amounts paid will be refunded via the same payment method used or the one preferred by the user.

Delivery times for physical products

Delivery times vary depending on the type of product:

  1. Handcrafted products :
    • Products in stock: Will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
    • Products made to order: The preparation time will be clearly indicated in the product description, and may vary between 5 and 30 working days depending on the complexity of the piece.
  2. Materials and tools :
    • Products in stock: Will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
  3. Online courses :
    • Immediate access after payment confirmation.
  4. Face-to-face courses :
    • Immediate confirmation of your place after payment.
  5. Legal services :
    • Service period according to specific agreement.

All orders received before 3:00 PM on a working day are processed and shipped (where applicable) that same day, except for orders paid by bank transfer.

In case of a delivery delay, Handeera will inform the user and offer the possibility of keeping the purchase by setting a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

Order delivery and shipping costs

Physical orders will be delivered to the address freely designated by the user. For digital products or online courses, access will be provided through the web platform or via a link sent by email.

Shipping methods and costs

For domestic and international shipments, Handeera works with different courier services depending on the destination and order characteristics. Specific costs will be displayed during the checkout process, calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the shipment.

For certain promotions or above a certain purchase amount, shipping costs may be free, as indicated on the website at any given time.

Stock and availability

It is possible that some of the products included in the customer's order may not be available at the time the order is processed. In that case, the customer will be informed of the new estimated delivery date and may choose to keep the order or request a refund.

For handcrafted products made to order, the estimated preparation time will be clearly indicated before purchase. If, due to exceptional circumstances, this timeframe needs to be extended, Handeera will contact the customer to inform them and offer alternatives.

Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods:

  1. Credit or debit card :

    You can pay with your card through our secure payment gateway. Payment is confirmed immediately and your order is processed quickly.

  2. PayPal :

    If you have a PayPal account, you can make the payment through it. The payment is processed immediately.

  3. Bank transfer :

    By selecting this payment method, you will receive an email with the account number where you should deposit the amount. Clearly indicate your name, surname, and order number when making the transfer. You must make the transfer within 3 business days of your order confirmation. Your order will not be shipped or the service activated until the transfer is received.

  4. Payment in installments (subject to availability depending on country and product):

    For certain products or services, we offer the option of paying in installments through partner financial institutions. Specific terms and conditions will be displayed during the checkout process.

We do not charge any additional fees for any of the payment methods.

Specific modalities for courses and services

Online courses

The online courses will be available for access immediately after payment confirmation. Access will be through the Handeera platform using the credentials provided to the user. The duration of access to the course will be as specified in its description and may vary depending on the course type.

  • Unlimited access
  • Access for a specific period (3, 6, 12 months)
  • Access with content publication schedule

Face-to-face courses

For in-person courses, purchase guarantees a place on the dates and at the location specified in the description. In the event of cancellation by Handeera, the user will be offered the option to reschedule for another date or request a full refund.

If the user cannot attend the course, they must notify at least 7 days in advance in order to change the date or request a partial refund according to the specific policy of each course.

Legal services

Legal services for artisans will be provided according to the specific conditions detailed in each service description. The timeframe and specific conditions will be agreed upon individually with each client.

Returns policy and right of withdrawal

Case 1: Returns due to withdrawal from purchase

All products purchased from Handeera may be returned and refunded, provided that the intention to return the product(s) is communicated within 30 days of receipt (thus extending the legal period of 14 days), and that they comply with the other established conditions.

Requirements for returns due to withdrawal:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • For return shipping, we recommend using the same packaging in which you received the product. If you do not have this packaging, you must return the product in a way that ensures it arrives in good condition.
  • The amounts paid for the item(s) will be refunded, as well as the initial shipping cost.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent with postage due will not be accepted.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

According to article 103 of the consolidated text of the general law for the defense of consumers and users, the right of withdrawal will not apply to:

  • Products customized or made according to customer specifications.
  • Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Digital content (online courses) once execution has begun with the express consent of the consumer.
  • Services fully performed when performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer.

Case 2: Returns due to defective product or service error

In cases where the user believes that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to what was stipulated in the order, they should contact Handeera through the channels enabled for this purpose.

The amounts paid for products that are returned due to a fault or defect will be fully refunded, including the shipping costs incurred to deliver the item to you.

For returns resulting from a service error, Handeera undertakes to correct the service or replace the product with an identical one, subject to availability. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify Handeera Digital Craft SL (C/ Sant Pere nº 29, esc.1, bxos 1a. 17400 Breda, Girona), by telephone (667259798) or email (info@handeera.com), by means of an unequivocal statement.

The return process will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date of notification of withdrawal. The user may send the product at their own expense or with the shipping company of their choice.

Once the item arrives at Handeera's facilities, an inspection will be carried out and the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, or the one the user prefers.

Applicable guarantees

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the products have a two-year warranty from the date of delivery, against any manufacturing defect.

Depending on the product type, the warranty will be provided by the manufacturer or by Handeera. To make use of the warranty, please contact us by email (info@handeera.com) or by phone at our customer service line (667259798).

Damage or defects due to incorrect use or handling of the item, as well as wear and tear from normal use, are not included in this warranty.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This website is subject to Spanish law. In the event of any dispute or controversy arising from the use of this website, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts closest to Alcalá la Real (Jaén), except in cases of dispute with users who, according to current legislation, have the status of consumers, in which case the provider and the user agree to submit any dispute to the Courts and Tribunals where the user is located.

Likewise, the provider and the user may submit their disputes to the arbitrations provided for in the legislation on arbitration and consumer and user protection, and to the extrajudicial dispute resolution procedures established through codes of conduct or other self-regulation instruments.
